Production release should point to one current set of approved files, physical references, quality criteria and packaging instructions.
Freeze the current product basis
Confirm the drawing version, dimensions, components, material, glaze, decoration and approved physical sample. Remove superseded references.
Confirm quality & packaging
Record appearance, fit, function, set completeness, acceptable variation, inspection points, labels, inserts and outer-carton requirements.
Close open actions
Assign unresolved questions, record change approval and confirm who can release production. A schedule does not replace missing approval evidence.
