Common quote-request questions
Can I request a quote without final drawings?
Yes. Reference images, rough dimensions or samples can begin the discussion. A firm feasibility and quotation basis may require more complete files later.
Will the first quoted price be final?
The quotation depends on the information and assumptions available at the time. Changes to geometry, material, finish, quantity, testing or packaging may require review.
Can I include several products in one request?
Related products can be described together. Identify each item and explain shared versus product-specific requirements so the scope remains clear.
Should confidential CAD files be sent immediately?
Only send files appropriate for the current confidentiality arrangement. Sensitive files can wait until the secure transfer route and disclosure scope are confirmed.
